I have been to this centre many times and each time I have had an excellent experience. To begin with, they are clean and safe. The ladies at registration do their best to accommodate my schedule (I live 3 hours away) and every technician I’ve had is professional. I have this quirky self soothing personality when I’m uncomfortable. I start being silly to make myself at ease. I easily got an appointment for the following day for an ultrasound. The appointments for x-rays are walk in so I went a hour earlier than my appointment time to get it done. I was checked in right away and it only had to wait 15 minutes. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were very friendly and explained what to do. I was in and out within half an hour. Very good experience!
Waited an hour for my SCHEDULED mammogram. Neither the waiting room nor the 3 x 3 cubicle was comfortable. Procedure was over in 5 minutes so how they could have been an hour behind for an 8:40am appt when they open at 8am is beyond me.
The staff were excellent, the receptionist was very helpful and booked an appointment for me so I did not have to wait long. The lady that did my ultrasound was very thorough and did not rush the procedure. I would definitely recommend this Diagnostic Centre, plus parking is free.
It was great that I was able to get an X-ray done on a Saturday. The receptionist informed me of the wait time when I arrived. The X-ray technician worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this location.
