If I could give a zero star I would. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had! I was with them as time keeping and then when they added payroll I decided to give it a shot. They claimed it would save me time and money. It did NOT! In the end I ended up wasting time and money in more ways that I would even have time to explain. Take my advice and stay with a reputable company that know how to handle payroll even if it means paying more. In the long run it is worth all the pain and frustration.

The price is good. Support is really lacking. I use the software for 2 clients. They claim to be compatible with PayChex Flex for payroll but the .csv files from OnTheClick need to be edited before the work for import to PayChex Flex. I’ve been asking support since 2023 to remedy this and all I get is lame excuses and total disregard.

OnTheClock is perfect for the single owner/employee who needs to track their time with multiple clients, see reports and create invoices. It has what I need and doesn't clutter up the space with tools I don't need or want that come with more robust software. It instantly gives you professional cred.

Really great way to track hours, and it syncs with my payroll provider easily. I just bought 60$ tablets for my people to clock in and out on. Managing multiple locations couldn't be easier. Took me about 30 minutes to set up 2 offices. So much less trouble than a stand alone system that uses some expensive piece of hardware. The customer service text line is absolutely great. I appreciate this company.

I love OnTheClock! We have been using it for over a year, and it is perfect for our small office. It's super user friendly, and definitely worth the price. I tell everyone I run into that is seeking to simply timecards. The PTO functions are amazing, and the program allows for a lot of customization, which is fantastic. Any questions, problems, or concerns I had I reached out to them, and they very quickly helped us and made sure we found the answers we were looking for.
