Edit 5/28: Updated my review to four stars after being able to discuss my concerns with a representative, Melissa. She was very helpful and listened well to my concerns. I was able to catch OPC on the phone after playing a bit of phone tag and get a better understanding of their processes. For the quarterly service, the first time they come out is for an initial treatment, not the first quarter service. Purchased our home a year ago. It's an older home that had been neglected for years. A contractor bought it and remodeled the whole house but that didn't take care of the infestation that was still in the house. I contacted OPC, since had great service on a prior property, and they have been doing a great job getting rid of everything creepy and crawling. Thank you Dominic for always being so pleasant and professional.

Dominic is always on time and pleasant to work with. He does an excellent job of interacting with us, asking if we have concerns and making use we are satisfied. His work is clean and thorough. Really enjoy working with him.

OPCs acquired my local exterminator (Ace), and the services have gone downhill rapidly since that acquisition. I've had so many complaints since the acquisition - here are just a few! 1) Lack of Communication - OPC communicates well when it's time to pay invoices, but their communication is horrible when it comes to their services. I never know when the technician is coming and the technician changes from visit to visit - so it's impossible to communicate any concerns. We’ve been using OPC pest control service at our church on a monthly basis, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Dominic Morlino is our technician. He is always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough in his work. Beyond that, he is kind and very respectful, . It’s such a blessing to have someone so trustworthy taking care of our church. Highly recommend!
