OPCs acquired my local exterminator (Ace), and the services have gone downhill rapidly since that acquisition. I've had so many complaints since the acquisition - here are just a few! 1) Lack of Communication - OPC communicates well when it's time to pay invoices, but their communication is horrible when it comes to their services. We were with a company before OPC bought it. Ben was very happy Our rates this year, almost doubled, and i was told that we had to sign a year‘s contract so we decided against using OPC. They do not let you schedule ahead of time. I’ve tried for a year. I do not like their scheduling process.

We use OPC Pest Services at our property and have had a great experience. Our technician, Joe Klein, always does thorough, high-quality work and clearly knows what he’s doing. I received a text from the tech that my service visit was complete. My complaint is that I did not receive any notice that he was coming. I would like to be home when they come in case I have any questions or concerns. No way to even verify he was here.or what he did and thank goodness my dogs were inside. If they can text that a job is complete, why can’t they give me advance notice. Called and was told they would put a note on my account to notify me before coming next time. we’ll see. I went on Angi's list to get someone to give me an assessment on insulation for my attic. Mitch called me right away and arranged for a home visit to assess my needs. He was thorough and professional. He looked on the outside and the inside of the house. He showed me areas of concern and provided photographic proof. The estimated cost seemed reasonable for the scope of the work. His company I will pass on to others.
