I am pleased with Edge Pest Control. I was recommended to them by a family member. I have been a member since July 2021. I don't take the time to leave positive reviews and perhaps that's my fault, but as someone in the service and sales business for over 20 years, there are certain expectations that are expected. I don’t appreciate a phone call before 7am in the morning to they are. coming 1/2 hour later. This company is a complete fraud. They sell services and keep your credit card on file when you ask them not to. I received their very shady services this past Saturday. I then received the bill and went on line to review and pay the bill. They had already taken it from my checking. They have refused to remove my card from file even though I have requested it. I found this company by approaching one of their techs as he was performing a service at my neighbor's house last summer. We had moved to this area about a year previous and had tried three different local pest companies with fair to poor results. If you’re on the fence about using Saela, just don’t. I called them on 10/2021 about some ants in my house. They came out in a timely manner and the tech was great. I continued to use for a year a half until i no longer had a use for them. I went to cancel my service and was told i couldn’t because i was in a legally binding contract for over 2 years.
