From the time I walked in the door everyone was very nice. I sorry I didn't get any names, but my appointment was on January 28th 2026 4:00 so you know who was working the front desk and the MRI Machine. The guy that did my MRI explained step by step what was going to happen. This will definitely be my go to MRI facility from now on. Thanks guys for treating me so nice.
The front desk staff were really nice! The gentleman who did my MRI was very attentive, caring, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend coming here to have your testing done! Great job guys! 5stars

I recently had an MRI done at Open MRI of Orlando, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy. I had my first MRI today at this amazing place. Very nice ladies at front office, beautiful clean place , with modern facilities. Plus Pat the technician is a very friendly guy, that would make you feel very comfortable and give you peace to go through the process. I would recommend this place to anyone, specially if you suffer from claustrophobic.
