I had a wonderful experience at this facility. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and caring throughout my visit. As someone who is claustrophobic, I was very nervous, but they took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and never rushed me. Their compassion and understanding truly made a difficult experience much easier. I’m very grateful for the professionalism and support they showed me. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who experience anxiety or claustrophobia during MRIs.
Open MRI was the way to go! I had never had a MRI before, and now I’m not so apprehensive about them any longer thanks to the staff and technician at Open MRI! A special shout out to Crystal and Tania for their great communication and to Pat, for making sure I was safe and comfortable and for playing the best music which made the experience great from start to finish! The office is organized, clean and efficient and I highly recommend Open MRI for your imaging needs.
Pat the MRI technician was so reassuring, kind, warm and professional at making my experience feel calm and at ease. I tried to do a closed MRI at another location, but couldn't do it and the Tech there made the experience even worse; but Pat, totally opposite and with the music of choice playing throughout my procedure, was icing on the cake! Pat is also a Knicks fan, so that made it better too, lol🧡💙 I recommend this place!
Radiologist Pat was truly an angel sent. I can’t explain how nervous I was about the MRI with contrast, but he took the time beforehand to sit with me and help me feel at ease. During the procedure, he gave me a blanket, earplugs, and even played music, which made such a difference. When it was time for the needle, I didn’t feel it at all! He is honestly an incredibly kind man. The receptionists were also so warm, loving, and encouraging. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely return if needed!
First MRI in 20 years, facility and machine were amazing! My technician was awesome! He made sure I was comfortable, offered to let me listen to whatever I wanted, and was genuinely a great guy! I highly recommend Open MRI!
