I took my mother to Optic Eye Care to see Dr. Amber Hoang today and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. Dr. Hoang performed a very thorough eye exam and clearly explained my mom’s diagnosis and treatment plan. Very neat and well organized clinic. Efficient. Dr Claire Kwan and assistants are very professional, knowledgeable. They treated me well. I had a cataract surgery yesterday, went well. My vision turned out good and recovered well. Thanks to Dr Kwan and team!!!
The place is nice and looks updated equipments and clean! Everyone is very nice. Dominic did the tests on my eyes… I feel well taken cared… explains tests to be done and answers my questions/ concerns. My first time to see Dr. Kwan bec of new office/ doctors??. She is a young glaucoma specialist compared to the previous doctor that I use to see before going to this clinic. I came in for a cataract surgery referral. After the exam, I was advised for cataract surgery and proposed for manual and laser assist Sx which was not covered by insurance. When I asked for how the surgery to be done, MD stated that look at the video and turned on for me to watch. However the video only said that cataract sx would improve the vision.
