The entire staff—including the doctors and assistants—were all friendly and approachable. Dr. Yang was particularly thoughtful; he speaks Chinese, which helped alleviate my concerns, and he avoided prescribing unnecessary or wasteful medications. I am very satisfied.
My mother is a new patient to Optic Eye Care in Arcadia. My mother's new doctor is Dr. Tran. I personally think Dr. Tran is wonderful with my mom. She's very attentive and caring towards her. The problem with the office is that they over book their patients and the waiting time is ridiculous! My mom had a 2pm appointment so we arrived at 1:30. My visit today to Optic Eye Care was just perfect. My appointment was at 8am and though there were quite a few of us for our appointments, the front desk staff were very attentive. The doctor's assistant, and I am so sorry I didn't catch his name, was very helpful and just empathetic to not just my needs but the needs of the other patients who were there as well. Arcadia Office: Ive had life changing experiences with the doctors & staff. Their expertise in all procedures and patients care Are the finest. I have reason to trust the physicians completely. Front desk and all doctors are very friendly and professional but when I walked to office to make appointment for date for surgery completely different. She very mean not friendly upset face all the time I asked myself what did I do wrong to her
