Clean space and nice staff. But, there are two major downsides. Firstly, parking is extremely limited. Because this place shares with other clinics, medical facilities, other offices, it’s very hard to find a parking space in the parking lot although there are street parking. if you have an afternoon appointment. Morning appointments fares better. The other downside is that there’s a wait time even though you have an appointment. I think they just make too many appointments.
Smooth operation. Dr. Kwan was patient and listening to my inquiry attentively. The medical assistant Aaron was courteous and knowledgeable. The registration check-in staff Joanne was very friendly. Great user experience.
I had an outstanding experience at Optic Eye Care! The entire team was professional, kind, and truly dedicated to patient care. The cataract surgery went perfectly—my vision is better than I ever imagined. Dr. Hoang is not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. Everyone was really nice and greeted you right when you walk in. Office lobby very clean and also the rooms. Doctor was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions.
I was very impressed with the smoothness, efficiency, intelligence and interpersonal communication of every single staff member. I had been going to see Dr. Diana Chao for the last three years when the business was Intelligent Eye Care. She was great. I was informed that the Intelligent Eye Care was taken over by Optic Care. I was not told that Diana Chao was gone. So, it didn't know why my appointment was with Dr Duong.
