Dr. Jiang is an outstanding ophthalmologist, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I needed an anti-VEGF injection in my eye and had been anxious about the pain for over a week. Before the procedure, I asked Dr. Jiang what to expect, and he reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt. He was absolutely right, I didn’t feel any pain at all. They don’t make you wait long. The doctors are great. The male assistant didn’t seem to know how to work the machines well. Maybe he was training. All the staff is super nice. The scheduling is super flexible. They have offered a same day appointment when I call. Very clean office.
I had such a great experience at Optic Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The office was nice and clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. Dr. Hoang and her team were very knowledgeable and very thorough.
