I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My daughter developed an eye infection, and her regular eye doctor was off that day. I went out of my way to find another clinic because I believed that getting her examined just a few hours earlier would allow her to start treatment sooner. Very professional and polite staff.i felt very comfortable and confident that I would receive more than "just adequate" care. Wait time seemed a bit long but that happens when there is good personal service provided. Highly recommend Dr. Tan and staff of Optic Eye Care Rowland Heights for cataract surgery and followup.
I had a positive experience at Optic Eye Care in City of Industry, California. I went for an eye examination and the staff were professional and friendly. I was told by my eye doctor early this month that I had eyelashes mites and he prescribed me the eye drops that cost me over $1,000 even with insurance coverage. I had been trying to ask if there’s any other options to cure my eyelashes mites for the last 3 weeks. No one responded to me until last night that he prescribed me an antibiotic eye cream and again the expensive eye drops. My husband had a followup appointment this morning and everything went well, starting from the receptionist very pleasant, the nurse very helpful, and the Dr took her time to listen our concerns, and answered all our questions.
