OPTIC EYE CARE The front desk staff at this ophthalmology clinic are very polite, and the ophthalmic assistant was very thorough in documenting my previous medical history. The eye pressure test was done using a non-contact air puff device, so nothing touched my eye, which made the process comfortable. The doctor was very professional overall. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Jiang is an outstanding ophthalmologist, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I needed an anti-VEGF injection in my eye and had been anxious about the pain for over a week. Before the procedure, I asked Dr. Jiang what to expect, and he reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt. He was absolutely right, I didn’t feel any pain at all. Optic Eye Care in Rowland Heights is a new, clean, and bright practice. All the technicians are friendly. Dr. Kwan is professional, patient, and explains everything well. She identified my eye problem and told me about further treatments. I had a very good experience.

They don’t make you wait long. The doctors are great. The male assistant didn’t seem to know how to work the machines well. Maybe he was training. All the staff is super nice. The scheduling is super flexible. They have offered a same day appointment when I call. Very clean office.
