OPTIC EYE CARE The front desk staff at this ophthalmology clinic are very polite, and the ophthalmic assistant was very thorough in documenting my previous medical history. The eye pressure test was done using a non-contact air puff device, so nothing touched my eye, which made the process comfortable. The doctor was very professional overall. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Jiang is an outstanding ophthalmologist, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I needed an anti-VEGF injection in my eye and had been anxious about the pain for over a week. Before the procedure, I asked Dr. Jiang what to expect, and he reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt. He was absolutely right, I didn’t feel any pain at all. Great staff!! Excellent doctors and specialist. Very thorough with eye exam. Great patient care which we need more of these days. Would definitely recommend for anyone with eye concerns/issues or just a routine checkup.
Short wait, courteous and friendly staff and techs. Scheduling is easy and flexible. Office is clean and spacious. Dr. Kwan is kind, understanding, extremely professional, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and went through my dad's extensive ophthalmologic history, reviewing his medications from previous providers as well. My dad is also happy to have her take care of his eyes. The staff and Dr. Kwan also spoke Mandarin as well, which is a plus for my dad!
I was introduced to Dr. Jiang by two ophthalmologists. I am extremely satisfied with his medical skills. His attitude is very sincere and his explanations are very clear. I like this doctor very much.👍👍
