Highly recommend, Dr. Williams and his staff. They did excellent work with my child’s surgery. They were kind, professional, and very thorough in explaining the procedure and recovery while making sure everyone was comfortable. It means a lot when your doctor prays with you over the surgery coming. Overall great results and experience!
I was a new patient at Dr. Williams’ office and his staff was great! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I was pulled back within 7 minutes of checking in. The nurse that worked me up was so sweet and personable and explained everything she would be doing. Overall great experience!!
We had our first visit yesterday with our son who will be getting tubes. Dr Williams and his ENT office staff were amazing and truly cared. We couldn’t feel anymore comfortable with our little boys upcoming procedure!
Very impressed! Staff was friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr was friendly, informative and helpful. They got me in before my scheduled time and out in 30 minutes without being rushed or satisfies with answers.
We love Dr. Wiliams, and we are so thankful to have him back in Vidalia! Hands down, the best!
