I had been playing nurse on myself for 3 days. I was taking various over the counter meds and not seeing much relief of my cold symptoms, so I decided to see Dr. Chandra. The receptionist and nurse were both courteous and professional. I did not have a long wait time. Dr. Chandra listened to my symptoms, examined me, and asked questions. They have such a great staff, I always feel very comfortable with each employee.
It’s hard to make an appt. when no one is answering the phone.This is a problem I have encountered many times. I guess they only have certain times to answer. There is no recording it will ring and go to a busy signal. I like Dr. Chandra and his nurse .
They bill me over $400 for a 20 minute first patient visit. 4 months later I get an extremely large co-pay bill of $85. The amount above is what Medicare will not cover. They know what that amount is so why bill so much knowing the patient will get this bill? I call in to ask about it to see if there is anything they can do to remedy it. Local office will not help you with anything billing related. They send you to their third party billing who won’t answer the phone and you can’t get anyone.
