My experience with Optim Health System was great, the receptionist and nurses are very friendly and professional. Dr. Boatright makes your day by making you laugh when he is getting ready to give you your shot.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a polite smile, my process was smooth and wasn’t long to get signed in. I didn’t have to sit in waiting area long, was escorted by the nicer Nurse to explain what my concern was and paid much attention to my concerns and needed, after the process Dr.Stevenson came in and explained who he was with a nice handshake, which made me comfortable and at ease, he explain all the process that involved in my care, and he had the most beautiful smile I seen in doctors, that when I realized that I was in... read more
OMG, I always see Dr. Boatright? From the time i walk in ,until i leave, these are the sweetest people ,Dr. Boatwright he listens!!And I love dat. His team of nurses always make me feel so comfortable, like I’m so scared of needles!! but this team is Soooo gentle and reassuring and patient..OMG …. 😊 so I can’t give them 5 stars i gotta give them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
This is first time in 50+ years that I’ve broken anything requiring an Orthopedic doctor…lucky I guess. Optim Health System (Sandersville) staff and Mr Boatright are great service and attention. Hoping to heal from this injury in no time. Thank you for being located in my hometown!!
Dr Hansen, PA Boatright, and nurse Amanda were excellent. They treated my issue quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.
