I been trying to get a hold of someone the last few days even left a vm about appointments and refills no one ever answers or have called me back. This is unexceptionable. Edit: Someone finally got a hold of me.
Please do NOT take anyone you know or love here. No one here that I encountered had any ethical health patient service. The front desk ladies were busy talking about football games. Dr. Woo was very loud when talking to each patient. I could clearly hear his entire conversation with two other patients. By the way, both patients he had seen before me was told that there was nothing he could do for them. I was given the same diagnosis. He seen all three of us within a twenty-minute period. Medical misconduct with a loved one on 1/3/24. Took my grandma in. She was seen and treated for fluid on her lungs and we where told she had to be moved for more treatments. After 9hrs she was moved to claxton where she died to lack of treatment. Claxton staff said when she arrived she was crashing and had no idea she was even coming or what was going on with her
It was wonderful to talk to a Dr. that listens to you with real caring! I feel better knowing I have found help with my ongoing health issues! It gives me Hope!
