Where do I begin? This place was a nightmare from beginning to end. So much lack of communication, much of the staff was absolutely RUDE, and had zero professionalism. The ladies at the front desk were the WORST. They were incredibly loud and seemed to do more bullshitting than their actual job. They have 2 restrooms in the main lobby, and when I entered the FIRST bathroom there was pee all over the seat. I rarely review places but this was a horrible experience. The Nurse Practitioner saw me and was very rude. She basically treated me as if I was some junkie trying to get pain meds. I told her I hurt my back and the er doctor told me to come because he suspected a compression fracture in my lower back. She just said to take Tylenol because in her words not everything needs to be treated with hydrocodone. I already have a pain management doctor i was just there for the orthopedic doctor to help me. This is not my experience, but one that my brother and sister in law encountered on his visit at this office on yesterday. From the time they walked in the office, one of the front desk staff was very rude. He was scheduled to see Dr. Niemeier, but he saw one of the NP's instead. Per my family the NP was very dismissive and had no bed side manner. I feel so bad for my family, because I work within Optim, and for this to had happen to them does not sit well with me at all.
