This is not my experience, but one that my brother and sister in law encountered on his visit at this office on yesterday. From the time they walked in the office, one of the front desk staff was very rude. He was scheduled to see Dr. Niemeier, but he saw one of the NP's instead. Per my family the NP was very dismissive and had no bed side manner. I feel so bad for my family, because I work within Optim, and for this to had happen to them does not sit well with me at all.
It was a very good visit and I was well pleased with all the office staff and the doctor that I saw
Please do NOT take anyone you know or love here. No one here that I encountered had any ethical health patient service. The front desk ladies were busy talking about football games. Dr. Woo was very loud when talking to each patient. I could clearly hear his entire conversation with two other patients. By the way, both patients he had seen before me was told that there was nothing he could do for them. I was given the same diagnosis. He seen all three of us within a twenty-minute period. Dr. Mike is an awesome person and doctor. He's trying to manage my pain by doing whatever he can to fix the problem.
