Where do I begin? This place was a nightmare from beginning to end. So much lack of communication, much of the staff was absolutely RUDE, and had zero professionalism. The ladies at the front desk were the WORST. They were incredibly loud and seemed to do more bullshitting than their actual job. They have 2 restrooms in the main lobby, and when I entered the FIRST bathroom there was pee all over the seat. One of the nicest outpatient surgery centers I've ever seen and the staff went out of the way to help me with a fairly urgent problem and an insurance company being impossible to work with in a timely manner. Dr. Kolovich was terrific as was every person on the IT team. Highly recommend.
I rarely review places but this was a horrible experience. The Nurse Practitioner saw me and was very rude. She basically treated me as if I was some junkie trying to get pain meds. I told her I hurt my back and the er doctor told me to come because he suspected a compression fracture in my lower back. She just said to take Tylenol because in her words not everything needs to be treated with hydrocodone. I already have a pain management doctor i was just there for the orthopedic doctor to help me. Recently visited Dr. Appeadu. Dr. Appeadu and staff were very professional and welcoming to their office. Dr. Appeadu set me up with a pain management plan to get me pain free soon.
Great experience. The staff was very efficient. Dr. Appeadu was excellent . He came in and got with the visit,very knowledgeable and made plan for treatment. I am very impressed
