This is not my experience, but one that my brother and sister in law encountered on his visit at this office on yesterday. From the time they walked in the office, one of the front desk staff was very rude. He was scheduled to see Dr. Niemeier, but he saw one of the NP's instead. Per my family the NP was very dismissive and had no bed side manner. I feel so bad for my family, because I work within Optim, and for this to had happen to them does not sit well with me at all.

Avoid this office like a plague. They rarely ever answer the phones. They are rude and have been known to give wrong information. They told me I had an appointment in Hinesville instead of their location. Wasting my time and money going to a town in the opposite direction.
