Heather is one of the rudest ppl I have seen. I watched her talk to people ,that in my eyes, she feels that she is better than in the most disrespectful way. I had the pleasure of speak with an associate from the Ponte Vedra Beach and Raleigh location for a last minute birthday gift card. The associates where nice. Great niche store, smells lovely, and has lots of options and price points. Salesperson was exceptional in helping me find the perfect gift for my mom and even made sure the complimentary gift wrap was perfect.
It is the second time I shop at this store and it will be the last. I bought a diffuser along with two diffuser oils from the brand pura and which total about 160 dollars in value, however when I used it was giving both me and my son allergic reactions so when I call and ask if I can return it and get store credit the Owner told me that he won’t refund it, all because “the box was already open” which is how I found that the diffuser was not working in the first place. to me this is not fair since the product is garbage and o... read more
