Heather is one of the rudest ppl I have seen. I watched her talk to people ,that in my eyes, she feels that she is better than in the most disrespectful way. I don’t know why people go in the store with her in there, go to Amazon people. I had the pleasure of speak with an associate from the Ponte Vedra Beach and Raleigh location for a last minute birthday gift card. The associates where nice. I received the gift card in a timely manner and was pleasantly surprised to see the personalized thank you card and business card included inside the envelope. Thank you ladies for your help and for providing the convenience I needed. You have a new and returning customer.

Great niche store, smells lovely, and has lots of options and price points. Salesperson was exceptional in helping me find the perfect gift for my mom and even made sure the complimentary gift wrap was perfect.
