Dr. Junck was reassuring, explained everything and put me at ease at my initial appointment and later throughout my procedure. He took tests and went over them with me in detail. I had no pain during the procedure and it was quicker than I expected. The staff called me later in the day to check on me and see if I had any questions. All of the staff I encountered at the office are competent and friendly. Highly recommend! Kimberly at the front desk patiently explained the billing and answered all my questions. She's terrific!
I am verry uncomfortable with Dentists. I have been here multiple times and had the best out come every time. I would not choose any where else to have oral surgery done. DR Anderson is the absolute best ! His staff is amazing and accommodating as well.
I was shocked at how easy my wisdom tooth extraction was! Everyone was kind and made me feel so comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes and the only pain I had was from the numbing shot (it was a hard pinching that lasted a couple seconds). It wasn’t bad at all! When I called with questions over the days that followed, they answered with patience and reassurance. If needed, I will definitely be going back to Dr Anderson!
I was really nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but the dentist and staff made me feel at ease right away. The procedure was quick, smooth, and almost painless. They explained everything clearly and checked on me throughout. Great experience!
Absolutely the best dentist/oral surgeon I've ever been to. I have horrible anxiety and they were able to out me at ease, was put to sleep for 3 extractions and woke up like nothing even happened. Staff were super nice and worked with me on billing. Would recommend to anyone,especially anyone with dental phobia,this is the place to go hands down. Drive an hour just to go here and it was definitely worth it.
