Dr. Junck was reassuring, explained everything and put me at ease at my initial appointment and later throughout my procedure. He took tests and went over them with me in detail. I had no pain during the procedure and it was quicker than I expected. The staff called me later in the day to check on me and see if I had any questions. All of the staff I encountered at the office are competent and friendly. Highly recommend! Kimberly at the front desk patiently explained the billing and answered all my questions. She's terrific!
I had a great experience with my tooth extraction. Dr. Anderson was compassionate with a wonderful chairside manner. The nurses and staff were caring and considerate. I would definitely recommend them and will go back if and when the need arises.
I needed an emergency extraction, called on Monday morning and they made room for me to come in almost immediately. I was not a current patient but they took me anyway. They were the best most professional in every aspect. The procedure was very easy and had no issues afterwards. Would highly recommend them A++
I am verry uncomfortable with Dentists. I have been here multiple times and had the best out come every time. I would not choose any where else to have oral surgery done. DR Anderson is the absolute best ! His staff is amazing and accommodating as well.
I was shocked at how easy my wisdom tooth extraction was! Everyone was kind and made me feel so comfortable. It took less than 5 minutes and the only pain I had was from the numbing shot (it was a hard pinching that lasted a couple seconds). It wasn’t bad at all! When I called with questions over the days that followed, they answered with patience and reassurance. If needed, I will definitely be going back to Dr Anderson!
