Dr. Saumur,Katie and the rest of the team are wonderful. They made me relaxed and comfortable. They made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. As a person who does have anxiety,especially going to the dentist. I could not be more at ease. Dr. Saumur even called me the next day after surgery on Saturday to see how I was doing. He truly cares. I highly recommend.Thank you so much!
They took great care of my baby boy! I love how the doctor called us that evening to check on him and left his number incase we needed anything. You can tell his patients truly matter to him and he cares about them! I will trust Dr. Searcey will all of my sons oral needs.
I had the great pleasure to have my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Saumur and his two kind assistants. Although I was a bit worried for my surgery they were very kind and reassuring. Not only that but they were very professional showing extensive knowledge in their fields. They were very informative before and after my surgery. Would recommend this to any person that is worried about their oral health!
Staff said I would most likely not have to pay an additional $848.40. However, one phone call to GEHA would have confirmed this service was not covered. My mistake was trusting staff. When I asked about the situation, the hateful staff had a big laugh at my expense. I would highly recommend calling insurance company yourself. Also, business should install audio cameras in business area to insure patients like me aren't highly disrespected. I still have all paperwork from this disastrous, humiliating office visit.
This was the most positive dental experience I’ve ever had. The office is nice, clean, and accessible. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The surgeon was knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
