I brought my mother here for two tooth extractions, and Dr. Saxe was exceptional. He was compassionate, accommodating, and able to schedule the procedure the day after the consultation. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received. My children were patients here years ago and also had positive experiences. I highly recommend this practice.
This office has the most rude, condescending staff working here. The front office staff are so unpleasant on the phone and in person. If you have insurance issues they are so unhelpful and unpleasant. I have never dealt with such a rude office before. It's not my job to point out to the staff how rude they are but I did. All the staff in this office are so nice, from the front desk up to the surgeons. They are reassuring and accommodating to my fear of dental work, and put my fears at ease. Not a single complaint they take very good care of their patients. Thank you all!
A very pleasant experience. I was experiencing urgent tooth pain. They got me in the next day! Front desk staff was amazing and welcoming! The dentist was great (calm and professional). An overall great team & staff around her from check in , anesthesia to checkout! 10 out of 10
Definitely the best! Going to have teeth extracted is definitely one of my biggest fears! This year I had to face many visits here! The last time I finally had to have 5 of my upper teeth out and go on to dentures! From the beginning with the receptionist to check out they made my experience so pleasant!
