I had an amazing experience. I have major dental anxiety and the staff were all friendly and compassionate. Dr. Catrambone Is absolutely amazing. He reassured me and set me at ease immediately. I wish more doctors had that same bedside manner. He made sure he explained everything he was doing, took meticulous notes and made this stressful experience manageable for me. I’m very impressed. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Had to get all my teeth removed which I was terrified but everyone there helped make me feel comfortable and safe. From getting me a blanket because I was cold, down to telling me what they were doing at every step. I had no issues, woke up in recovery to my husband holding my hand. Whole experience was as great as it could be. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.
This office has the most rude, condescending staff working here. The front office staff are so unpleasant on the phone and in person. If you have insurance issues they are so unhelpful and unpleasant. I have never dealt with such a rude office before. It's not my job to point out to the staff how rude they are but I did. I brought my mother here for two tooth extractions, and Dr. Saxe was exceptional. He was compassionate, accommodating, and able to schedule the procedure the day after the consultation. We are very grateful for the excellent care she received. My children were patients here years ago and also had positive experiences. I highly recommend this practice.
Definitely the best! Going to have teeth extracted is definitely one of my biggest fears! This year I had to face many visits here! The last time I finally had to have 5 of my upper teeth out and go on to dentures! From the beginning with the receptionist to check out they made my experience so pleasant!
