Back in October of 2023 my sone had an appointment to check on his wisdom teeth and they were coming in compacted. I received a letter from TN care that he had been approved right before December. I've called and all I get told is that I have to wait for them to call me to an appointment. My son's wisdom teeth are bothering him and he is already 17yrs. This is going on the 7 month and he is still not on the books to get his teeth cut out. Starting to get worried.
The receptionist is terrible to work with. I called five times after getting an approval in the mail for my sons wisdom teeth removal and they could not simply schedule me an appointment to get the procedure done. Very kind, knowledgeable staff! They explained all my options for a tooth extraction that has a few complications, have me time to consider the options and then scheduled an appointment to complete the procedure. I was very satisfied with the visit.
I called and scheduled a consultation for my daughter in July 2020 and done the recommended tests/imaging. I called several times to try to schedule her procedure appointment with no success I was told "I have to talk to the doctor". Finally October 12th I get a call to schedule I scheduled however I had a horrible gut feeling since it took so long to schedule and other reasons I'm not going to list. Dr. Johnson is absolutely wonderful. He also has a really good sense of humor and delightful bedside manner (so rare with surgeons!!) The staff have always been super sweet and responsive to anything urgent.
