Long story but worth reading I was referred to Dr. Walker by my dentist for an implant, when I had my appointment, everything went ok, I guess. I brought in a CT that I had done and he didn't even look at it. As I was checking out, I went ahead and scheduled my extraction plus implant for the next week. I get a call from Anna I believe and she said, "you don't have coverage for an implant so it will be 4,500 or so"!!! I can't recall. Good customer service is the lifeblood of any business. I had the worst customer experience with Valerie who works at Oral & Facial Surgery Associates. She was cold, rude, unfriendly and condescending.. She did not listen to any of my concerns at all and wanted to quickly pass me off to another person. She finally took it serious when I asked for a manager. She said the manager was unavailable and will get back to me. I asked Valerie to please follow up with me to ensure my issue was resolved. I had my two wisdom teeth on the right taken out by SANDEEP PATHAK, and he was awesome. I called The office, and I heard Back from him within five minutes of me leaving a voicemail with the after service tech. The staff who assisted, getting me started, and waking me up after the procedure were all amazing and I can not thank them enough! I highly recommend!!! They will work with you!!! Thank you very much!!!
