Dr. Tate and his staff are amazing. He extracted 2 of my back molars and last week he placed the implants. Due to his skill, I had no problems with either recovery. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I’m a very nervous patient; however, Dr. Tate and his staff put me at ease with their kind demeanor and knowledge. Thank you, Dr. Tate. You’re the best.
The front desk clerks are a joke! Incompetent, unprofessional, poor judgment, lack of initiative, augumentive. Tried to overcharge me and blamed it on the doctor notes. I asked her if she was newly hired...you should be familiar with your boss' handwriting after 2 years! Dr. Tate was very understanding and patient during the process. Although, they almost took me out with the overdose of anesthetics halfway down my throat! Not worth the anxiety! 😕
My wife got a wisdom tooth pulled today and is currently recovering so I’m doing the review. 😀 The extraction went well - no complications and she was in and out less than 45 minutes. I met with the doctor after the procedure and he followed up this evening to make sure she was doing well. The staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy working at the practice. I was scheduled to have my tooth pulled at 6:45am. I arrived on time no was there. Ike place was dark. Someone finally showed up. They didn’t have a key to get in. Let remind you that I took off work for this appointment. They finally got somebody to open the door 30 minutes later. I was waiting out in 35 degrees in the cold with a bad toothache.
