Dr Ray is the BEST!!! I saw him as a patient in an emergency situation ( infected tooth with a crown); he was calming, professional, and so knowledgeable! He even called me at home after my procedure! His staff is wonderful and if you ever need an oral surgeon, I recommend Dr Ray ! Definitely 5 stars!!
Dr. Michael Ray was wonderful. His demeanor was absolutely professional. I experienced very little discomfort and that was during the preliminary numbing injections. The tooth extraction was over before I knew it even without anesthesia. I was pleasantly surprised that he called to check on me the evening of the procedure. He had assured me that I would have no pain following the extraction, and I didn't. His assistants were top notch as well. I can't praise them enough!! Pam Fincannon.
I was referred to Dr. Ray by my general dentist for a tooth extraction. Dr. Ray is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and just an overall genuinely cool person! His staff is also very friendly and warm. The office waiting area is very clean, pleasant and comfortable. I had to move my appointments a few times due to difficulty with finding a designated driver and they were patient and worked with me. 100% customer service. Dr. Ray is a gifted oral surgeon with a great personality. No problems. No worries and getting an implant did not hurt one bit! The staff was professional, kind, helpful, and the facilities were excellent. :)
Dr. Ray and his staff are AMAZING!!! I just had my 3rd visit there because of implants and everything has gone incredible smoothly. From the extraction to implants this week, I am very impressed. No pain from either procedure. Thank you, Dr. Ray and staff, for taking such good care of me!
