Dr Ray seems super nice when you first meet him. He even calls you the afternoon after surgery to answer any questions that you might have. But if you have any post-op complications that is where he stops being nice. If you are having complications he will have you come in for a followup where he doesn't do anything. If you continue to call because your mouth still hurts he will have you come in again where he will again do nothing.
