My daughter had her windshield replaced in May 2022. She was putting her sunshade up and the rear view mirror came off. And a large crack appeared down the middle of the windshield. She was told because the mirror was forced off, they will not honor the warranty. SMH. For 300+. They did the entire install INCLUDING the rear view mirror . RecommendedReplaced windshield in April. The technician broke washer fluid hose. Never replaced...now Rearview mirror snapped off with glass while putting sun shades up in window and whole glass cracked. I paid $334.00 out of pocket and they basically could care less. Even stating that the "Warranty" doesn't cover this. DO NOT USE this COMPANY! Now I have to get a lawyer involved.
The first time I spoke to them the window of time was between 1-3, then at 2:30 I called and they said it had changed to 3-6. I advised that this wouldn’t work because I had my sons karate class at 6, the lady said no worries, they will definitely be done by 5:30, so I kept the class. At 5:00pm I called just to make sure, and was told that it’s now 6:00 and she “sorry” that someone told me that it would be completed by 5:30, so now I’m charged for my sons class because I didn’t cancel in time. I will not use Orange Blossom Auto Glass again: I found the ladies I made the appointment with and Mike, who did his very best to facilitate a fix for the issues that arose, very professional courteous and downright nice! After trying several times to get the windshield replaced with a well know National firm and their cancelling of the appointment 3 times because the said they didn’t have enough employees to do and keep the appointment each time I call OBAG and they said be out tomorrow and sent me the paperwork for insurance on line. Sent out email back to me that the Rep would be here with a new factory windshield at 1:00 pm. I had a hard windshield to find but they never gave up. I got the one that was specifically for my car. They kept me informed and never gave up.
Very BAD customer service!! They Will NOT return your email-text’s. Over the phone they’re nice and all but NOT so much on helping you out after a windshield replacement. After this experience with Orange Blossom “auto glass” I’ll go somewhere else!
the tech came to my house, broke the molding over my door, then didn't bother to tell anyone...would not recommend them to anyone...
