Our wellis spa purchase went great. We'd been planning for a while and finally settled on wellis. The team at OCP were great. Delivery was on-time and setup went well. There were a few small issues, all of which were resolved quickly. Thanks for the great service!
Received our much anticipated Spa today. We have a bit of a tricky location picked out for the Spa. The crew from OCP had to navigate down a snowy slope with steps and a retaining wall. Damion, Eric, and JJ handled it with ease and care. The guys placed it exactly where we wanted it, installed the cover and gave us tips on opening. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were AMAZING! Jose, Mike and Jack came on a Friday the 13th and proved that none of those horror stories are real. They were excellent in terms of customer service - made sure all my unreasonable demands were met and did an A+ job. I will buy a tub a year if these guys will install it every time. Thank you!
Just had our hot tub delivered and installed by OCP on this blustery and cold morning. Very professional company from initial purchase working with Shane and Meaghan who answered our many questions to the great job by the installation crew (Chris, Jose and Jermey). Looking forward to many relaxing days!
