These guys were AMAZING! Jose, Mike and Jack came on a Friday the 13th and proved that none of those horror stories are real. They were excellent in terms of customer service - made sure all my unreasonable demands were met and did an A+ job. I will buy a tub a year if these guys will install it every time. Thank you!
We’ve been doing business with Orange County for over 15 years, and this weekend was consistent with the excellent service we’ve received over the years. Our 8 year old spa stopped working, and we replaced it with a new one. We had Orange County out to fix our old one several times, and it was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. Chris, JJ and Justin were professional high class installers. Slightly technical job handled professionally. They cleaned everything up and I was given all the instructions I required.
When I reached out via email to inquire about having a pool installed, Meaghan Clarke answered me immediately, set up an appointment and walked me through all the options. She answered all of my questions (including the ones I didn’t ask). She provided all the guidance I needed to have the pool set up in time for this season. She also proved to be a great resource for any questions I have had while maintaining the pool. A great experience all around! Highly recommended.
