Our wellis spa purchase went great. We'd been planning for a while and finally settled on wellis. The team at OCP were great. Delivery was on-time and setup went well. There were a few small issues, all of which were resolved quickly. Thanks for the great service!
Received our much anticipated Spa today. We have a bit of a tricky location picked out for the Spa. The crew from OCP had to navigate down a snowy slope with steps and a retaining wall. Damion, Eric, and JJ handled it with ease and care. The guys placed it exactly where we wanted it, installed the cover and gave us tips on opening. Would definitely recommend.
These guys were AMAZING! Jose, Mike and Jack came on a Friday the 13th and proved that none of those horror stories are real. They were excellent in terms of customer service - made sure all my unreasonable demands were met and did an A+ job. I will buy a tub a year if these guys will install it every time. Thank you!
Chris, JJ and Justin were professional high class installers. Slightly technical job handled professionally. They cleaned everything up and I was given all the instructions I required.
We’ve been doing business with Orange County for over 15 years, and this weekend was consistent with the excellent service we’ve received over the years. Our 8 year old spa stopped working, and we replaced it with a new one. We had Orange County out to fix our old one several times, and it was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. They graciously credited us back what we had spent with the service department toward our new spa, and we were able to get additional discounts for their Black Friday sale.
