Absolutely fantastic experience. I had not been to a dentist is over 15 years. I knew I needed a lot of work and was very nervous and embarrassed to come in. Veronica made me feel at home immediately and was super nice and supportive. Dr. Ham came in and was the exact same and explained everything. I have been with this office for years . The name has changed but the professionalism has remained.I recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care . Skylar is a great hygienist. She makes me feel comfortable and is very calming.
I arrived to my appointment on time and they called me right away, I didn't have to wait long. They all treated me very good and this is a very friendly place to go visit your dentist. Good atmosphere, great attitude, and everyone is very friendly. It's a very happy place. I had a couple of extractions and while they were doing what they do, I was listening to some very relaxing and distracting music in the background. I felt at ease and my stress left me . I am very happy with the treatment I have received. I have needed some work done and I have anxiety and the staff have been exceedingly kind and have done their best at alleviating my stress so I could get through everything without worry. They truly listened to my worries and have done everything they could to build trust.
This dental office was so kind and understanding with me from my first call. I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I explained my situation and they were very accommodating..Today, Yesenia was my hygienist. She was incredibly patient and kind. I highly recommend.this dental office.
