i need to start out by mentioning that i was diagnosed with a health related phobia over a decade ago; so my baseline for existing is anxious. I had a toothache for several days. I looked up Orange Grove Dental online and liked their reviews. I made the appointment online, did all the paperwork on my iPhone, and arrived early for a 10am appointment. I was greeted warmly and was seen by Dr. Rivera. He was great. He told what needed to be done. He did it gently and painlessly. I was out the door in an hour. The entire visit cost me $378. I feel much better now. Absolutely fantastic experience. I had not been to a dentist is over 15 years. I knew I needed a lot of work and was very nervous and embarrassed to come in. Veronica made me feel at home immediately and was super nice and supportive. Dr. Ham came in and was the exact same and explained everything. Came in with severe tooth pain because of a broken tooth was able to get In that same day even as a new patient and everyone was amazing and patient from the receptionists, dentist aid and the dentist! With having prior dental trauma they treated me with such respect and made sure I was comfortable through the whole tooth extraction! I highly recommend this office especially to people with past dental trauma!!
The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have never before received such care. I constantly try to get everyone I know to switch to this dentist. Dr. Ham and Skylar make me feel so comfortable every visit. Thank you!
