I like how quiet it is here, and Margo is really nice. My only complaint is that there is no speed limit posted or speed bumps in the complex and people speed though going 25-30 mph when it should be 15 mph. This is a concern to me because I have almost been hit by other cars both driving around a corner and also out walking. Other than that I am happy, and I feel safe here. Maintenence is also very nice and and quick to respond to requests, and any major issue is resolved in a fast timely manner.
