I am very pleased with my experience with Oregon Hot Tub in Bend. I live in Prineville and started shopping around to replace my old hot tub and chose Oregon Hot Tub because they had the best financing options available and great customer service. Horrible customer support. Hot tub was under warranty (in November but we had left for Arizona so who knows-they cancelled appointments to winterize-and no evidence of them showing up to do work) but they say they came out and after they came out the hot tub started leaking. No phone calls back after multiple days of trying. So many other good hot tub places in Central Oregon. Recommend looking at those. DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM OREGON HOT TUB. They and their service department care very little about their customers once they receive your money. Consider yourself forewarned.
We had a terrible experience working with Oregon Hot Tub on a repair for our unit. I would not recommend using their repair services department or buying any products from them. The main issue with them is scheduling appointments in a timely manner. It took weeks leading into months to get a flow issue repair service rendered. And the hot tub still does not work properly after spending $500 on labor. The issue is that their repair department is scheduled through a call center. I walked in to get some advice about issues I was having with my hot tub. Matthew took the time to help problem solve the issue even when there were potential customers milling about the store. I appreciated the one-on-one attention he gave to me and I left having a much better understanding of how my spa works. If you ever need advice, ask for Matthew. I went home and followed his advice, and my hot tub is working again!
