If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not buy a hot tub or anything else from Oregon Hot Tub. And if you do, hope that it works. We purchased a $17,000 hot tub, had it placed by the company, and it leaked from the beginning. When they sent someone out to look at it, he had zero explanation and zero solutions. It’s been 6 weeks since the faulty hot tub was installed, at least a dozen phone calls from us, and the manager Keely had been unhelpful, unavailable, and unresponsive. Prices have doubled and customer service has declined. A tech hourly rate is $229 per hour and you need to block an entire work day as you aren’t notified until the day of when the tech will show up. I have since been contacted by a very gracious senior manager in the company who was genuinely concerned about my recent experience. He explained the environment the company is working in. I am very happy with the service technicians work. Russ was really knowledgeable, and friendly! Thanks Oregon Hot Tub, and All Spa. I pushed one star and was immediately taken to writing before I could push the other four stars. When I finished writing I forgot to go back to put in the other four stars. 😊 Also the people at Watkins, and the salesman that sold me my spa have been great👍
We purchased a Sauna from the Bend store and Keely was extremely helpful scheduling service for an issue that came up. She was very pleasant, communicated well, and followed through. Russell and Peter were very professional and resolved our issue. Many thanks to the Oregon Hot Tub Team. ~ JohnnyB

I live in Prineville and started shopping around to replace my old hot tub and chose Oregon Hot Tub because they had the best financing options available and great customer service.
