I walked in to get some advice about issues I was having with my hot tub. Matthew took the time to help problem solve the issue even when there were potential customers milling about the store. I appreciated the one-on-one attention he gave to me and I left having a much better understanding of how my spa works. If you ever need advice, ask for Matthew. I went home and followed his advice, and my hot tub is working again!
Hoping to get a call back regarding a requested repair from almost three months ago. We've had excuses about not knowing what parts are needed to repair our hot tub, then it takes weeks to get the ordered part, and no one will return an email or phone call. The hot tub was great while it worked, but customer service really sucks!
I am very pleased with my experience with Oregon Hot Tub in Bend. I live in Prineville and started shopping around to replace my old hot tub and chose Oregon Hot Tub because they had the best financing options available and great customer service. I worked with Keely on the purchase of our New Jetsetter LX. She was very professional and patient as I had numerous questions the she answered for us. The sales team and service team were impeccable, and the product is the best on the market. Thank you to Keely and your staff for a wonderful experience at the Bend store.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not buy a hot tub or anything else from Oregon Hot Tub. And if you do, hope that it works. We purchased a $17,000 hot tub, had it placed by the company, and it leaked from the beginning. When they sent someone out to look at it, he had zero explanation and zero solutions.
