The atmosphere of this store is so inviting and relaxing. I highly recommend it for all your hot tub needs. They have a large selection and friendly staff. My mom and I were especially impressed with Jamie and her knowledge of the biz.
I talked to Kaylynn and she was the kindest person! Really felt understood about what I was looking for and made sure I knew all the details and explain everything. Super helpful! Recommend seeing her anytime you go in!
Gabrielle Moyer at the Vancouver location was a pleasure to work with - you should ask for her! She helped me with my Hot Springs Hot Tub, Endless Pool Swim Spa, and Covana automated cover purchase. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered. She made sure I could experience the products first hand, walked me through site prep, delivery and service options, and was very transparent and fair with pricing. I would not hesitate to work with Gabrielle again -- great experience!
If you are looking for great guidance, great service, and great value go in and talk to Gavin. The crew came in per schedule, the setup was quick and before we knew it, my wife and I were soaking in it, or soaking it in, so to speak. Definitely worth your time to be better informed when making any Spa related decision.
Jamie is always so great and they even helped me just after closing! Bought a tub a couple years ago at a GREAT DEAL! If you need tub, go to this place and go see Jaime!!
