We purchased a hot tub with Jamie Harms at this location. She is wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions, showed us a few options, and gave us a great price! Everything from start to finish was an easy, professional transaction!
If you are looking for great guidance, great service, and great value go in and talk to Gavin. The crew came in per schedule, the setup was quick and before we knew it, my wife and I were soaking in it, or soaking it in, so to speak. Definitely worth your time to be better informed when making any Spa related decision.
We met Jamie Harms at the Costco product demonstration in Warrenton, Oregon earlier this year. She was very helpful and informative about Oregon Hot Tubs, and as we got home, we contacted her and arranged to meet at their same event at the Costco Wholesale Store in Salem, Oregon. Great place to get a hot tub! Jamie helped me three years ago and got me into the perfect hot tub for me. She shared her tips for keeping the water sparkling (I was nervous about the chemistry), and she is always quick to respond when I have a question. Best purchase ever!
Gabrielle Moyer at the Vancouver location was a pleasure to work with - you should ask for her! She helped me with my Hot Springs Hot Tub, Endless Pool Swim Spa, and Covana automated cover purchase. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered. She made sure I could experience the products first hand, walked me through site prep, delivery and service options, and was very transparent and fair with pricing. I would not hesitate to work with Gabrielle again -- great experience!
