My husband and I bought an awesome hot tub from Oregon Hot tub in Wilsonville, Oregon. Not only have they been here to set up, but will answer any text questions, but send someone out to educate us on chemicals and answer any question. Jack is awesome (so patient). Then Cliff who is the same amazing level as Jack. We would recommend and also would buy again from them.
We had a wonderful experience buying our hot tub. Cali helped us from start to finish - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. He answered every question we had (and we had a lot!) with patience and expertise, and made sure we felt confident about our purchase. The whole process was seamless with no pressure, just honest advice and great service.
