As an RN I had a bad experience there as a traveler. Staff CNAs don't help, had one bad apple named Samantha White that was always rude and yelling at staff and nurses. Refused basic care to the residents. The upper management doesn't help either, they are just as confused as I was. Once I was asked what is the patient to nurse ratio in a memory care unit (THIS IS A WOMAN CNO) I had to remind her again that I am a traveler for 13 weeks and she is a living permanent Oregon resident that has a leadership position at this facil... read more
The place is wonderful. Clean, lovely, friendly staff. However, my dad had COPD and lung disease and four days after he got there, he passed away. They kept in close contact with the nurses and staff. The food was good and always fres... read more

They were great, and told me, "Just get him down here, we'll make sure he likes it." And when I told them he'd served between wars and didn't think his time counted, they just said "Oh, we... read more
