I had a very positive experience from the phone call to make an appointment to picking up my new glasses. On examination I found the staff (Tracey initially going over medical information & conducting a few tests) to be thorough & knowledgeable passing on their findings to me. Dr. Ha (did a more detailed exam to determine my needs for eyewear) showed me the pictures of my healthy eyes which given my age was a relief to say the least. Super happy with this clinic! I had difficulty adapting to progressives (had a concussion right around that time) and Dr. Moore was patient, persistent and helpful to get me through that. 2 years later, new prescription with progressives, and doing really well. I can't thank Orillia Optometry enough for their exceptional service. Dr. Moore and his staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my experience truly remarkable.
