This is about a non-profit organization. Because there have been some urgent issues with ants in the building, I tried to reach out to Orkin a few times, but was not able to talk with them for a couple of weeks. I left messages on the voice mail a few times in the meantime, but no call back at all. I have been with this company since August 2022. The company is very accommodating and thorough and the technicians are very friendly and I am very happy with the service they provide. Jackie came today and has come in the past. She is professional, warm and competent in her work. She is wonderful!!
My technician is always timely, very personable, professional & well versed in the profession. Although my home is always well kept & spotless, I retain their services to help keep rodents away due to the area in which I reside. Prices are extremely reasonable for what they provide.
