The service person was v knowledgeable and explained how often I will get service, why I need to have a regular service schedule until the pest is no longer in the house, and to notify Orkin if I want to cancel at any time. I was told to call the guy (George) if I have any concerns. The price was extremely reasonable compared to others that are well known like Orkin, and the follow-up for setting the first service call was better than expected.
