Still have mice after spending two thousand dollars. They said they remediated and patches holes and gaps but they left openings for mice to get through. After spending so much money, including professional cleaning of droppings, we have mice again.

Apparently Orkin doesn't want my business. I spoke with someone named Mike on Friday 5/11/23 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 5/12 between 2-4. I locked my cats in a room at 1:45 and put my dog on a leash so he would be contained during the service. I received both an email and a text at 2:15 saying Joe was on the way. At 4:15 when there was still no sign of Joe I called the 877 number and spoke with Donna. She apologized and assured me that someone would be to my house by 5. I used to work here. I guarantee that they don't care about anything but squeezing the last dollar out of the customer. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and training I saw there. Wouldn't touch them with 10 foot pole.

Have had my house sprayed 3-4 times and have had more bugs (spiders, bugs coming in through the doors, and now COCKROACHES) than in my old apartment that was over 100 years old, where I sprayed myself. I called to tell them that I saw bugs less than 2 weeks after the guy came and they told me I had to pay for him to come again. He came again and I saw more bugs, they blamed it on bugs "coming out of the woodwork after a spray"... wouldn't that be counterproductive?? I have had a terrible experience with Orkin. Not only are my ticks not gone, but they have not returned my call in a week. I want my money back if they are not going to come do their job but they will not answer my call or call me back. The man who came to spray was 5.5 hours late and then was rude to me because he had to "rush from the last house to fit me in". Sorry I didn't know I needed fit in when I paid for this service.
