The service tech came out for two years. In that time, we developed mice infestation into the crawl space. I asked if they can plug the holes and bait. They sent an inspector out instead. He quoted me 23k to condition the crawl space but no quote to plug the foundation holes and bait. Unfortunately, I had to do it myself. If they can't be trusted to control pest, why on earth would I trust your team to perform remediation and repairs to the crawl space. They not even certified in foundation repairs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't encourage you enough to stay away from Richmond Orkin. I have paid them thousands and thousands of dollars over the years to fix my mouse problem and they have not done the work they said that they did ( shoring up holes to the exterior). I had them re-do my attic and had mice back within months - several thousand dollars for a new mouse toilet. They tried to tell me that the holes in the insulation were from the attic fan. Waste of time and money with this company. Called bunch of times after the first visit 0 answers had to call the website number, they told me they people was here would call to come again sooner never got a call, didn't do the job they should, same week of the visit still had bunch of spiders and mosquitos, don't use this company I'm calling tomorrow cancel and go to a different company. They don't do nothing they say.

Taylor is the worse and rudest CS Rep I have ever encountered. I did CS for over 20 years and I know for sure if she worked with me she would have been FIRED!! She is nasty talks over you lie and tell you what you are going to have done to your account rega of what you want or say. She never lets you speak with Chase Brown. Hes either always in a meeting ALL DAY or OUT OF THE OFFICE. Also I don't like the fact that there techs can tell them and charge you for service that you did t receive. Very disappointed with Orkin. I live in a townhouse. Had an initial appt with them where I was told the better option is to have an as needed service, meaning I would contact them to come out to my house when needed. They charged me for the first visit and any additional visit would be $100 after the 1st month. Weeks later a technician came out to my house, unscheduled, I wasn't home, and they supposedly did an external spray. Orkin doesn't deserve the first star! I contacted Orkin for an estimate on termite control after a swarm of flying termites were in my backyard. The inspector did not call prior to the estimated window of arrival time. He parked in my driveway. He did not maintain social distancing or arrive with a mask. He informed me it would be necessary to enter my home and to look at my attic. He pulled the string off my attic entry, and he did not tie it back. Have been trying for a week to reach the Richmond Office or have them respond to the request for quote that I filled out. Called the national number several times, they cannot reach the office either. Moved on. Hired another company.
