I have never worked with a company with this terrible of customer service and employees. They are so unhelpful that I might as well. Just put up a craigslist ad to get what I want done. I was told that the customer service is so bad because they "are a large company and have a lot of customers." DUH! I'm one of them! They give me appointment slots where I have to wait around all day and take off work and then just don't show. I'm going to be switching to a local company because this is ridiculous.
