They're a bit pricey but you get quality equipment and service. These guys are amazing. From their technicians, Enriquez and Steve, their inspector Cino, to their manager, Liz, they value quality service. They keep you updated on the process and progress, they address any concerns you have. Super satisfied!

This review is LONG overdue. I never write reviews.....but this is ABSOLUTELY warranted. Sally from Orkin Downers Grove aka Orkin Sally as my son has named her is our favorite!!!!! We consider her a part of our family. My son who is almost 8 absolutely adores her and has looked forward to her visits since he was 4. I can't say enough good things about her. We have been serviced by Orkin since 2004. We have had nothing but top notch service for over 20+ years. And Sally is awesome. She follows a computer generated schedule - not her own. If you don't like early visits, call to reschedule the window that works for you. Orkin is great about that. They work hard to make everyone happy. Not easy when pest control is everyone's priority and an infestation can be a crisis. And if they have your cell, you do receive text alerts of the schedule. After asking for a manager after my 3rd unsuccessful treatment. I spoke with Wiley. He came out to our home and spent time looking for the source of the problem and not just treating the symptom. I am happy to say our ant problem is gone Thank you Wiley!

Serviced a house for insulation for mice. Super pricy but did it so we could replace insulation and mice issue. They tied to push me on financing and I told them no thanks. Told them would pay and not finance. Paid half up front. Brought check for second half but they said don't worry about it we will invoice you. Two months pass and had collector call to make payment. Never got invoice. Paid in full and now charging me 1600 on interest. Office won't call back just slick sales person stuck in middle. Shady as an oak... read more

A month ago I wrote a review about orphan. And the amazing unprofessional mess. Today Orkin came out again. My dog started going off and incredibly early hour. The sun was not even completely up. Why? Because it was 6:44 in the morning. Was there any communication that this woman, Sally, was coming over? No there was not. she literally did this a month ago as well. We have a normal person who comes out to service our house on a regular basis. About a month ago we had someone who was not our regular person come out and service the house. Not only did this man do basically nothing. Whatever he did do pushed the insects that we were trying to get rid of further into the house. It did not kill them. It did stir them up though. I contracted Orkin to do home repairs to my siding to prevent mice from entering my home. The contract was signed over a month ago and the work has yet to be finished properly. I contacted the Orkin representative who missed our follow up appointment without a call to reschedule and it took multiple attempts to get ahold of him. I asked to speak to the Aurora branch manager and it has taken multiple days to reach him as well. This is a bad service, they will sign you up for a year, even though they will tell you that you can cancel anytime they will not let you and say you signed up for a year. Stay away from Orkin its useless.
