We've been working with Orkin for about 2 - 3 years now. They are professional, provide a good service, I'll have time, and helped us get rid of some pests and keep them away. The only thing is that there should be an easier way to schedule. The service auto schedules at a date of their choosing. Every month I have to call, leave a VM, and set a time. It would be much easier if it could be done online, but it's not possible.
The service performed was a complete exterior examination. I hardly ever ask them to come inside of my house, because they are making sure that no pests can enter my home. I’m very satisfied. Have had Orkin for nearly three years. Would recommend highly to anyone who asks!
I get the summer seasonal application for our house for pests. They are great. If anything happens in between my appointments, they come no charge to take care of any pests. We get carpenter bees, so they took care of that today as well. My service guy was nick, friendly and knowledgeable. And very punctual! They give you a time window, and show up on the earlier side. Safe for pets. We have a cat and dog. No issues and have used them for years now. Thanks for keeping the creepy crawly out of our house!
We have been using Orkin for several years after the dogs decided to find fleas in our yard. Since then ants and mice are being managed and generally love that I rarely see bugs in the house! The service has been wonderful!
