We have been serviced by Orkin since 2004. We have had nothing but top notch service for over 20+ years. And Sally is awesome. She follows a computer generated schedule - not her own. If you don't like early visits, call to reschedule the window that works for you. Orkin is great about that. They work hard to make everyone happy. Not easy when pest control is everyone's priority and an infestation can be a crisis. And if they have your cell, you do receive text alerts of the schedule. After asking for a manager after my 3rd unsuccessful treatment. I spoke with Wiley. He came out to our home and spent time looking for the source of the problem and not just treating the symptom. I am happy to say our ant problem is gone Thank you Wiley!

A month ago I wrote a review about orphan. And the amazing unprofessional mess. Today Orkin came out again. My dog started going off and incredibly early hour. The sun was not even completely up. Why? Because it was 6:44 in the morning. Was there any communication that this woman, Sally, was coming over? No there was not. she literally did this a month ago as well. We have a normal person who comes out to service our house on a regular basis. About a month ago we had someone who was not our regular person come out and service the house. Not only did this man do basically nothing. Whatever he did do pushed the insects that we were trying to get rid of further into the house. It did not kill them. It did stir them up though. I contracted Orkin to do home repairs to my siding to prevent mice from entering my home. The contract was signed over a month ago and the work has yet to be finished properly. I contacted the Orkin representative who missed our follow up appointment without a call to reschedule and it took multiple attempts to get ahold of him. I asked to speak to the Aurora branch manager and it has taken multiple days to reach him as well. This is a bad service, they will sign you up for a year, even though they will tell you that you can cancel anytime they will not let you and say you signed up for a year. Stay away from Orkin its useless.

We had an exterminator come out to our home to inspect a rodent issue. We had caught about about 5 mice prior to calling Orkin, and wanted a professional to inspect where the mice were coming from and how they were getting into our basement. I was informed by Orkin customer service, that a trained employee would come to our home and do a very detailed inspection of the inside and outside of our home. What a joke! We set up an appointment for an evening service (5-7pm window) to rid the back patio of yellow jackets and set up routine preventative service. Were a little uncomfortable with the price quoted compared to other companies, over $200, but decided to try it since the old owners of the home used Orkin. The tech, Mickey, called my husband early in the day (8am) and asked to come by early (around noon) because he was worried the nest would be too active to take down at 5pm. Not sure what office I was dealing with because they don't tell you from the toll free number. I have a few issues here. I filled out the internet request for a call and after 2 days hadn't been contacted. I called the number given on their site and was given a choice of times for a technician to come out. Ten minutes before the 2 hour window they gave me was up I called to verify someone was coming. They told me he was stuck in traffic and would be here in 40 minutes ( half an hour after the time frame). When that time was ... read more
