I am the property manager of a mobile home park. I have a tenant that has mice...after scheduling an appointment with the "local" Orkin company out of Great Falls, MT and after ENSURING they will work with a 30day net payment, the tech arrived and was unwilling to complete the treatment without payment up front. I got charged $400 for one hour of work to trap a mouse that they didn't even catch! Thumbs down, very disappointed. Please learn you gain customers by doing Good business, not ripping people off!

Please do not waste your time or money. Orkin did not have any interest in rectifying my pest issue. They wanted to make a quick buck off of replacing insullation with overpriced stuff. The pest issue has gotten worse and more damage has been done to the new insulation as well as my home and personal belongings. No matter how many times we contacted the company to have them rectify the issue we still have no resolve 6 months later. Atlanta, GA area: I have had Orkin for four years. The first three years were great - this last year, not so much. The technician services my home and I see MORE pests after the service. I call and request another treatment and they send someone very knowledge and capable. I start asking for this individual to service my home and while Orkin promises to send him, someone else shows up. Stay away from these idiots. They've been sending me spam emails for months. And I'm on the opposite side of the frickin country from them. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Calling them doesn't work. Replying to their emails doesn't work. What a bunch of Asshats.

I called Orkin for rodent control. The inspector said I needed a rodent exclusion trench. The cost was $3000. It did not prevent the rodents from entering my home and garage. I was shocked when I inspected the job. There were gaps all around the perimeter of my home, and the barrier was only visible in a few places. There was no barrier under my deck, behind my bushes. This company fucking sucks for 3 months now we have had service and I am outside right now and their is so many mosquitoes I can't even open my door I'll never have them come back ever y'all suck I won't pay the service I owe For this month I have had issues since the first day

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Couldn't have been more disappointed or dissatisfied with the service. Including ghosting the client and not returning phone calls, Orkin is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. They will do nothing except take your money and hope you don't realize that you're being swindled. I cannot believe this company is so established. I will be telling everyone to choose another option for pest control.
