We called them out for an earwig problem last year at this time. Our house was crawling with them, even in our bed at night. We called them out he didn’t do any of the stuff advertised (sealing cracks ect) he only sprayed & told us to wait a week for it to work. The problem became worse so we called them back after a couple weeks to spray again but another waste of time. I have had Orkin for about 2 1/2 months. I have been dealing with calling them literally every other week to get rid of ants. I stated maybe they needed to spray more heavily than what they were and when they did that the ants were gone. That lasted about a month which is cool in that room, but then it occurred in other rooms in which were sprayed lightly. It seems like they spray a little but enough to make them go away so they can keep coming back depending on areas sprayed. I have closed my account. Worst experience ever ... read more
Orkin has taken care of me for a while. Their staff is patient and knowledgeable. If we have any issues at all they work hard to fit us in where they can. Very positive experience.
The technician that comes to my house is great! He always asks if there are any areas I am specifically concerned about and remembers from one time to the next what my focus was the last time. He is very nice, and always gets in and out quickly, apologizing for bothering me (which he never does). The service itself is very accommodating, never giving me a hard time if I have to switch dates or need an extra application due to seasonal infestations.
