Awful service. It is definitely not like it used to be. They sent two different representatives to my house who did not have the equipment needed to do the job. Such bad service. The guy they sent today said it was his 3rd day on the job and he didn’t know if what he had would work. The thing is, Orkin charges you Everytime they come out.
We called them out for an earwig problem last year at this time. Our house was crawling with them, even in our bed at night. We called them out he didn’t do any of the stuff advertised (sealing cracks ect) he only sprayed & told us to wait a week for it to work. The problem became worse so we called them back after a couple weeks to spray again but another waste of time. DOES A THOUROUGH JOB. WILL ALWAYS LET US KNOW IF WE NEED ADDITIONAL COVERAGE AND WHY. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE TO ANY ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE. THANKS
I have had Orkin for about 2 1/2 months. I have been dealing with calling them literally every other week to get rid of ants. I stated maybe they needed to spray more heavily than what they were and when they did that the ants were gone. That lasted about a month which is cool in that room, but then it occurred in other rooms in which were sprayed lightly. It seems like they spray a little but enough to make them go away so they can keep coming back depending on areas sprayed. I have closed my account. Worst experience ever ... read more
