I called another pest control company before I called Orkin. That particular tech for the other pest control company told me he can't control the insects and that he will not crawl under my mobile home to spray for rats and insects; he will only spray around my home. Joshua is my Orkin tech, and he sprayed under my home as well as around my home. He rids my home of spider webs provided there are spider webs present. Started a contract with Orkin July 2024, $1200 and a year later the mouse situation hasn't gotten any better. We weren't seeing any mice about 3 months ago and the service guy came for the service (unannounced) , immediately after he came for the service the mouse came back, called Orkin and they said this is supposed to happen. This was the worst service ever! From the sign up phone call when the lady signed me up for spring mosquito abatement without disclose the price. To the technician who used scare tactics to get me to buy extra services. Then I complained to the branch manager who was great until he did not fulfill his promise to call me back after her heard my concerns. Pushing services on us after clearly being told no we do not agree to a certain schedule. Arguing that they don't " skip" a treatment. Several times called them and canceled and they rescheduled us again behind our back within a day. Showed up without pur approval and demanded we pay once. Very difficult to deal with. Every time you reach someone they blame someone else there or claim its a computer issue

I canceled their services, they continued to charge my credit card. I called them and they apologized stating it was a mistake and refunded the money. The following month, I was going over my statement and saw their charge again!!! I had to report fraudulent charges that they tried to put on my card. Be careful and make sure you tell them to erase your card info or you will start legal action against them. Not trustworthy!!

They missed an appointment earlier this week. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then todayI wasted my entire day waiting on someone who never planned to show up. They gave me a window of 12-4pm and I called several times and they assured me someone would be there. Then at 4 they said I was their next stop. Then at 5 they said their office is now closed!

I have no idea what their service is like. Three times an inspection appointment was scheduled and no one showed up. Each time a different story. First the person said they didn't know they were assigned to me until I called. The person promised to come the next day at a specific time and didn't. The dispatcher assigned the job to someone else allegedly reliable and that person didn't show up either. Dispatcher acted shocked. Funny because my experience is identical to Francesca G's. No show no called on a scheduled appointment. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I called and left a message with the service person. No call back. I then scheduled an appointment again and once again no show no call.
