Often late to their arrival window. Have also told them I need a call or text when they’re on the way and sometimes I don’t receive them, but the office claims they do. Verified my number and email with them and they have the right one. Most likely canceling my services with them and finding a new pest control service. Spending too much for them to not be professional

My last tech literally had to be followed around by my husband just to make sure he was spraying all around. We caught him lying about spraying outside around the house (we have camera’s) soon as we closed the door he got in his car and left! Lied about “knocking down webs” So i requested a new tech and this one rescheduled my appointment with out calling me.
