Today my technician was John Palmer and he was wonderful at explaining things, easing my mind about my concerns & getting the job done. He didn’t push me into purchasing anything extra and made sure he understood what I was hoping to get accomplished before he started working. I feel reassured by Orkin’s 30 day warranty, and John gave me confidence I hopefully shouldn’t need to use it.

Our technician, Mr. Black, showed up at the scheduled time (despite a small mix up on our new address and a different service) and inspected our entire house! He educated us on his services and shared his experiences and gave us a solid plan to keep our new home and yard bug free! He was very polite and friendly and was genuinely interested in our well being! 10/10 would recommend Orkin for pest and insect control and hats off to Mr. Black for exceptional service!

Today, our technician, John Palmer, came out and did a treatment for wasps in the house. As well as an exterior treatment. He explained everything in great detail, and answered all our questions. We felt confident moving forward with Orkin as our pest control provider thanks to his expertise. Would easily recommend to a friend or family!
