Do not waste your money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Orkin’s “preventative” services are a scam, and the company refuses to take accountability for failures that I was actively paying them to prevent. Before moving in, Orkin inspected my home and claimed everything looked fine—no traps needed. I signed up for their quarterly pest‑control plan, which supposedly covers insects, rats, and mice. Zero Customer service. If a customer has a problem, they won’t reach out to you after making complaint, the customer has to call them again & again to resolve the issue. TOTALLY disappointing!!!
