Initially when I set up my appointment, the woman who signed me up was wonderful, easy to work with, explained everything clearly. When I told her I could only do evenings or weekends, she happily informed me that I could do a window from 4-6pm, and wrote a note to say no one would be home before 4:30pm. Initial inspection went very well. The Orkin technician answered all my questions and proceeded in a professional manner.
tech was very friendly as well as very knowledgeable of the product. he took his time and made sure that I understood what I was getting as well as provided me with knowledge of the easy pay program which I wasn't aware of at first. 😊

good service they know what they're doing the technician was very informative let me know everything he did why he did it and unlike other companies they're going to come back out in 10 to 14 days instead of 30 that way they can break the reproductive cycle
