Great service whenever needed and since starting with Orkin several years ago, we haven’t had a single scorpion in the house, prior to Orkin we got 3 or 4 every year. Prior to Orkin, bugs regularly; after Orkin, no more bugs.
Extremely disappointed. 😔 set up on auto pay. Quarterly service is done most days w my busy schedule - I’m not home when service is completed. Years go by I don’t speak w a rep or technician. Do not show up when they are suppose to. When they do come do not have correct equipment.
Out of the 5 times they have been on site, I haven’t been given more than 24 hours notice. The technician Ed is great! Super friendly and very informative when he is on site. Dispatch is the biggest issue I have WO I Orkin. I can’t afford to take off work the day before a service. I need at least 72 hours notice to set my schedule so I can get full service. Dispatch sent Ed to wring house one of the service days and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get home to correct place. It’s frustrating that I pay so much for ... read more
