I've been a customer of Orkin for over 10 years, and my recent experience has been awful. Back in June, I started noticing droppings by my front door. The technician set a rat box and left it there for 6-7 weeks with no results. I kept seeing droppings, but nothing was resolved. When I pressed for answers, the manager first said he didn't see anything. Later, he admitted it might be bats and even left me a voicemail confirming it after testing the droppings. I signed up for their monthly service at the beginning of 2024. They only spray around the perimeter of the house and remove spider webs if they are visible. Any additional services are not included and every tech that showed up monthly did not know how to address American roaches. After six months of no results, I cancelled my service. The second problem was with regards to billing. Even after cancelling my service, they continued to charge me monthly and they did not show up to do the job. I only wish I could give this horrible company zero stars. Working with both Orkin as a mother company and this specific branch was the worst service experience I have EVER had with a service provider or any kind in my life. I hired them from the main office corporate Orkin advertised number for a rat issue I was having in three specific enclosed areas on my property because of their thousands of 5 star ratings. We mandated them to solve our wild bee problem. They charged us 1000 USD, sent a person that came with a spray for 10' max, and said if they bees come back, the have to charge us another 3500 USD to finish the job. Of course the bees were back in 48 hours, and they asked for more money. What a fraud! We mandated the Beebusteers.com, the solved the problem in 40' for 250 USD, and knew what they were doing, they were professional, educated and trained to solve the problem, not to upsell you with unnecessary stuff. Hi All So please don't get ripped off by Orkin. I recently called them to check out a natural wood bench that I had purchased. I thought it might need to be fumagated. The bench was from pottery barn and absolutely beautiful They sent some clown named Anthony showed up late then quoted me $3200 LMAO There was nothing wrong with the bench, these people are robbing you in broad daylight Beware!
