Never listened to a word I said about the pest problem I had! Had them out 2 times and my problem was not taken care of at all! Would not recommend them for anything!
Very disappointed with service and will call different company when I need same service. They were never thorough and had numerous call backs

Service has been lacking. Annual visit no check of my outside termite traps. Technician spent all his time trying to sell me additional services I did not want and telling me how he used to be a body-builder. Took the service to rid my home of termites. That seems to be an afterthought for ORKIN now. I’m done with them.

We have told them multiple times not to come at certain times because of work schedules. They always schedule when we aren’t available and I always have to call and complain. Also everytime we ask for something the minimum is all that is done!

Continued my service for another year after bed bug issues just to keep the guarantee. 1st quarter inspection went fine and guy sprayed. 2nd quarter guy refused to spray other than area affected last year .... I had to call and complain and they sent another guy out. This time, guy inspected house, didn’t spray for anything, just ant granules outside. No preventive anything inside. Don’t waste your money

I called, they told me a bed bug inspector would be here between 2-4. Couldn't give me any kind of price. Well 2 came,3 passed,4 came and went, and no orkin . I called, they transferred me to the person that was supposed to show up, he said he got busy, and told me it would cost me $1,300 for treatment, offered me a payment plan, but said it requires a credit score of at least 750!!!! I was very Disappointed. I wouldn't call orkin if you were the only pest control in this State!!! Thanks for Nothing!!!!!!!!
