I had a new tech this visit and was not advised prior like in the past. He did not advise me of what he did our the status of any findings. This is usually done with my regular one. I hope that this communication remains the norm, especially during Covid-19.
Chris has been my tech for over a year and does a great job abs is very responsive. He has great attention to detail and follows up with me when needed.
