I have been using Orkin Pest Control at our business for over a year now, and they have done a great job! We had reports from our employees of some mean scary mice around the office and it was slowing things down as people walked on chairs and climbed across tables to get from one side of the room to the other! Just kidding, it wasn't that extreme, but we called Orkin anyway and they sent this nice man over who did exactly what I wanted him to do: get rid of all the pests! He's my hero! We needed pest control ASAP after trapping two mice. We had seen signs of mice in our house for about three weeks. I did some minor mitigation work, applying peppermint oil around areas where I'd found poop. This probably worked as advertised (mice apparently hate the smell of peppermint oil), as they finally made an appearance within our living space. I've lived in my condo since 2003 when the building was constructed. I'm next to a small park and the Legacy Ridge golf course is across the street. We regularly see foxes and other wildlife running around, and the area is infested with spiders. When you walk on the sidewalks between my condo buildings in the summer the spiders run all over the cement in front of you. It's kind of freaky. And they've always been in my house. I called to set up service for our cabin. Our cabin is not a place that can be found without someone leading them in since it is up old mining roads that aren't signed (no, GPS does not lead you there). I called 3 different times, asking for someone from the branch who will be taking care of this to call me to confirm where we will meet so that I don't drive 1.5 hours to meet them at a designated spot and have them not show up. The White Swan Motel pre-paid them to do work, and they did nothing. Video footage of workers sitting in their truck playing on their phones and then driving off.

My husband noticed that we had what he thought were bird mites on Tue night. We weren't certain that's what they were but did some research and found we had a birds nest a foot from our window that was probably the cause. My husband called the after hours for Orkin and spoke with a woman who took down our information. My husband received a message the next day with a gentleman leaving a number to callback. We called Orkin for a mouse problem. According to the customer service representative, they place 'sophisticated' traps, using modern technology to trap your mouse problem and prevent them from coming back with Orkin's exceptional service. Guess what? Orkin man to the rescue was not the case. Some idiot walked around our house with a small flashlight, waving it around, as if it was going to magically round up the mice like the pied piper's flute.
