Pretty shitty of a company to schedule an appt then cancel without advising the customer. We had to make arrangements for our elderly motherly and dogs and wife's job to be out of the house when they came the first time. Girl on the phone told me they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there. I was told that they dropped the appt because they hadn't gone over the contract with me. Customer service blamed me for not answering the phone then told me "Bye" and hung up.
