Ricky was excellent! Absolutely no complaints with his work. I am shocked that Orkin does not provide any damage coverage for homeowners should termites damage their home😩. Orkin is probably one of the oldest and most recognized names in the business of extermination!!! If there is absolutely no damage coverage why is it so costly for Orkin to provide termite baiting station service? He comes every other month to spray for pests and insects. He also recommended some great insulation that we had installed. It has made a BIG difference and well worth the purchase.

Austin is great a wonderful technician. Whoever trained him, trained him well. We are always pleased with his work. He is polite and has great mannerisms. We hope and pray he stays around a long time.

Michael is always a friendly person tries to get the job done time efficiently and be on his way. He always listens if there’s a problem he gets to the source of our problem. He is helpful if needed any additional information and if he’s going to be behind schedule, he always lets us know ahead of time.
