Yes that was the worst job I have ever seen done! I still have live termites in the walls you just can’t see them bc I can’t afford to tear the wood off and replace it right now! Is there any type of bait traps they yall can place inside to help get rid of them. That guy thinks the water source is down out side but it’s not. I have a leaking roof and they are getting water from up top! I’m not satisfied
Excellent service. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. They were polite and friendly. The insulation guys were hard-working and stayed on task. I'm sorry. For those of you who gave them 4 or 5 stars, are they paying you all for your reviews? We certainly can't be talking about the same Orkin company in McComb, MS. From my experience, if you enter into a contract with them, they are first visit and done. They will never keep their scheduled appointment. The constant change in service men with differing opinions on what is covered and not covered in the contract coupled with the lack of customer service was just too much to deal with. This was our first visit and I’m glad we chose Orkin. The initial setup was easy and the representative explained everything with detail. Our Pest Control technician was punctual, very polite and he even explained a few more things Orkin offers that we didn’t know about. I definitely recommend especially for new home owners.
