Called Orkin for beehive,appointment was between 2p-4p,the tech arrived around 520p.was here around 15mins that he will be back the following day coz he had only 2 cans of spray and no ladder.the bees are still there and called the office and sent another guy after 2days and finish the job.the bill 369.98 ,gave us discount of 50dollars.

I am a former customer of Viking Pest Control for 3 years. During those 3 years I delt with many unprofessional issues and negligence. I recently called Orkin Pest Control to service my home from a ongoing issue that I have had with Viking. Andrew the Technician came to my home and was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain my issue and how to address it. I am very satisfied with my first encounter with Orkin. But most of all the Technician Andrew was awesome. ​

In terms of getting rid of bugs and rodents, I am assuming they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. I live in a house built in the 1800s. They did help with most issues we origionally called about. My main concern though is the technions they hire. They pretty much have the personality of a dead fish for the most part and do the least amount of work they have to do. Now that I've had the service for a while, I know what can and cannot be done to help our problem. The best technician we've ever had is Kevin.... read more

While the initial visit was a challenge, both representatives were very professional and helpful. They treated my property and took care of the issues I required. I did place a call for a follow-up after 2 weeks and the technician was at my house within the hour and took care of a couple additional follow-up issues. My technician Michael is very friendly and really does a good job crawling on the floors and checking the nooks where the critters hide.
