Everything went well!! The Orkin staff that serves us at 2 Georgian Bay Drive in Morganville NJ are the best! Matthew Panella is our Orkin contact. He comes regularly to treat the outside of our house. It is comforting to know that if no one is home, he will take care of the exterior. Good morning I called Jordyn 9.30 in the morning the mouse trap which he put all over to monitor 2 mouse were dead he came walk ever where to make sure I'm comfortable pick up the dead one and put other one Amazing man and his service u should guys like him to make your business progress good quality
Called Orkin for beehive,appointment was between 2p-4p,the tech arrived around 520p.was here around 15mins that he will be back the following day coz he had only 2 cans of spray and no ladder.the bees are still there and called the office and sent another guy after 2days and finish the job.the bill 369.98 ,gave us discount of 50dollars.
I am a former customer of Viking Pest Control for 3 years. During those 3 years I delt with many unprofessional issues and negligence. I recently called Orkin Pest Control to service my home from a ongoing issue that I have had with Viking. Andrew the Technician came to my home and was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He took the time to explain my issue and how to address it. I am very satisfied with my first encounter with Orkin. But most of all the Technician Andrew was awesome.
In terms of getting rid of bugs and rodents, I am assuming they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. I live in a house built in the 1800s. They did help with most issues we origionally called about. My main concern though is the technions they hire. They pretty much have the personality of a dead fish for the most part and do the least amount of work they have to do. While the initial visit was a challenge, both representatives were very professional and helpful. They treated my property and took care of the issues I required. I did place a call for a follow-up after 2 weeks and the technician was at my house within the hour and took care of a couple additional follow-up issues. My technician Michael is very friendly and really does a good job crawling on the floors and checking the nooks where the critters hide.
Minus Stars but not available to post...Beware... I had the worst experience with this company, mainly the management at the Columbia South Carolina office, mainly with manager Brian Alexander and worker Jeffrey Goin. I resigned a contract with Orkin for services I had prior and all was good until they came out for the 1st treatment and advised my son who lives in a house off campus that the contract we signed is way too low in price and refused to treat the house. I went to lunch one day and NEVER went back. A bunch of liars from management down to office. Only a couple of decent people. Most NEVER called customer or office to let them know that tech could NOT show. They so be out of business. If only the man who started all this knew how this company is run he'd shut it down
Orkin is a total disaster. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely useless. If I could give zero stars, I would. Orkin Pest Control has been the most frustrating, unprofessional, and unresponsive company I've ever dealt with. We've been paying for monthly service, yet the pest problems continue and the service we're supposed to be getting simply doesn't happen. From the start, things were a mess.
