RecommendedWe have had Brett as our Orkin man for many years now. We first met him when we lived with family, we then purchased our own home and were delighted to see Brett followed! He is very knowledgable and genuine, loves our animals and always remembers things we talked about on our previous visit. The pest control us great too lol I would recommend Orkin to anyone.

They tell you one time and then don’t bother to show up or call you to tell you that they aren’t canceling then refuses to send some one else. Not even worth a phone call, they have no customer service skills and no compassion. They wait until 5:00 to tell you that they aren’t even showing up after they told you they were coming in the middle of the day. I received no confirmation by mail. I received email and text confirmations ONE DAY BEFORE the appointment. the technician was brand new...every time there is a new technician, I have to explain everything that has to be done and where everything is.
RecommendedThe only reason I am still with Orkin is because of Brett. The rest of the clowns that had been coming didn’t have a clue what was going on at my house. Need to get more competent employees like a Brett.

Awful service. Cancelled my agreement today and asked for a refund. During one regular monthly service, the equipment my tech was using broke down and he began swearing outside. He then got on the phone and sat in my driveway for 20 minutes before just leaving. I then began to have a pest issue later that month and asked for a call back service. Tech arrived and sprayed.
