Our sales person, James, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew not as well. Our attic entrance is through the master closet. Most of the clothes were removed. They covered a small section of clothes left in the closet with plastic. Unfortunately the plastic shifted exposing a six inch section of clothing... a lot of the insulation fell onto my husband's shirts. This was addressed when I bought it to the crew's attention.
